Rallybird is built around a simple principle: your data is yours, and the less of it we hold, the better.

This website

• If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, processed via Formspree, Inc. We use it only to send occasional product updates (roughly once a month) and to invite you to the beta.
• Every email includes a way to unsubscribe; you can also request deletion at any time by writing to us.
• We do not sell or share your email with anyone, and we do not use advertising trackers on this site.

The Rallybird app (upon release)

• Match data — scores, history, statistics — is stored locally on your device. The app works without an account and without an internet connection.
• Health data (such as heart rate during a match) is read from HealthKit only with your permission, stays on your device, and is never transmitted to us or anyone else.
• If optional cloud sync is introduced in a future version, it will be opt-in and this policy will be updated before launch.
